พันธกิจ (Missions)
1.เป็นศูนย์กลางการติดต่อและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ทางวิชาการด้านระงับปวดแบบสหสาขาระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
2.เผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านระงับปวดแบบองค์รวมและสหสาขาเพื่อให้บุคคลากรทางการแพทย์ทุกสาขาได้รับความรู้ที่ทันสมัยและมีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์มีมาตรฐานระดับสากล
3.ผลักดันนโยบายด้านการรักษาความปวดให้เข้าถึงได้ในประชาชน
